First of all it's important to know where you want to buy. We can help you orientate, starting by choosing the place followed by the area(s) or urbanization(s) of your choice within this place, although the best thing to do of course, is to come and experience this for yourself.

Furthermore it's very important to define what you want to buy, an apartment in the centre or at the beach front or rather a house with a private pool? And for which purpose? For your own use, (holiday) rent or a combination of the two, are you going to be living there (as well) in winter time or it is going to be purely an investment?

• Keep an eye on the market and search actively for properties that match your wishes.
• Together with you we make a first selection of possible interesting objects.
• If you want we can pre-visit one or more properties for you.
• Feedback on the properties we have visited for you, including pictures.
• Repeat this procedure until we have created a selection of properties to visit together with you.
• Plan a visit to Javea or Denia and schedule the appointments for visitations.
• When you have found the property of your dreams, we can help you with (the translation) in the negotiation process.
• When it leads to the purchase of your property we, together with our lawyer, can arrange all the necessary paperwork (check the documents of the property, the preliminary purchase contract, arrange your documents like a NIE number, etc.).
• We will go with you on the day of the notary.
• After the purchase of your property we can arrange the title changes on contracts with electricity, water and gas companies, help you install TV and Wi-Fi, organize and supervise possible jobs or repairs that need to be done and/or be there when furniture or electrical appliances are being delivered.
