Empty home? We take care of it!
Now that people can't travel, many second home owners find them self with an empty property abroad. Not to worry, we keep an eye on your home when you're not there.
We can check your home on a regular base, make sure everything is ok, air the property, make sure there's no humidity, flush the toilets, etc and report back to you.
Besides, owners who outsource the rental of their house or apartment with us throughout the year, will benefit from our special rate of only €25,- per month/per visit.

Touristic train and chiringuitos from mid June
Slowly Javea is getting back to normal, the terraces of restaurants and bars are open again and also other services will start up soon. Like the touristic train for example and for the first time
it will make a route between the Arenal, Port ánd the Historical Center. For all the information and exact route check Javea.com.
More great news, the “chiringuitos”, the typical Spanish beach bars on the Muntanyar beach will also be open again from the 15th of June. See you there?

Holiday home for rent on the Arenal beach
New in our rental offer, La Caseta de la Güela, a holiday home for 6 persons in Javea in the Arenal area.
A unique place due to its location as nowadays you won't find many houses at walking distance from the boulevard with the bars and restaurants and of course the sandy beach and the sea. Spain will open the borders for foreign tourist
The president of Spain has announced today that that as of July the 1st, foreign tourism will be able to enter Spain again.
Update 14/06: Spain will reopen the borders on 21 June for travellers from all countries in the Schengen area (except Portugal).
