We have been living in Javea for 19 years now and all this time we have been working in the (holiday) home business. Many people ask us for advice of services here in the area or where they can find the best person for the job. That is how the idea of MMC Property Services started, we want to be that local contact not only for friends and “friends of friends” but being able to give any (second) home owner our personal attention.

It might be that you need a local contact for when you are back home, maybe you rent out your property and need a person to receive your guests and hand over the keys or maybe you live here all year round and only need somebody to look after your property when you are away for a couple of weeks. Whatever the reason may be, we are happy to help you!

We have plenty of experience in renting out holiday homes, check in and check out of guests and maintenance of properties. That is also how we know all the local people, electricians, plumbers, painters, cleaners, contractors, pool men, gardeners but also physiotherapists, photographers, insurance agents, technicians for (the installation of) air conditioning systems, solar panels, mosquito nets, awnings etc. etc.

However it was not until we bought our own home that we realized how much work having a house can be, there is always something to do!
