Please find here our adapted cancellation policy for holiday rentals due to the exceptional circumstances we all live right now with COVID-19:
- All bookings within the official quarantine period of Javea (Spain) can be cancelled without any costs.
- If the tenant is placed in quarantine in his place of residence or the airline cancels the flight because of the Corona virus, the tenant can cancel without any costs, providing the relevant evidence.
- For all other bookings we offer the possibility of changing the dates to another date in the future or you can cancel without loosing your down payment, this amount can be used for a new booking for any date and any accommodation of your choice.
